Episode 12: Logan Wolfram

Logan Wolfram joins me for episode 12. She lives in South Carolina with her husband, 2 boys and large dog. Logan is such a likable woman and really is like every girls' girl. I guarantee you will feel like you guys are friends by the end of the show. In her life, she has been a chef, decorator, director of a bloggers conference--even though she wasn't a blogger--and now she is a newly published author.

In our conversation, we talked about what its like to be a work from home mom, her go to dinners, handling disappointments, and what it looks like to cultivate curiosity in your life. We unpack some key points from her new book, Curious Faith: Rediscovering Hope In The God of Possibility

Logan's Survival Kit:

  • Her husband
  • Easy dinners--stuffed potatoes. Bake the potatoes at 375 degrees for about an hour and a half. Then, fill it with Madras lentils. Add cheese on top and steamed frozen broccoli. Easy peasy.

Sometimes our paths take strange directions and don't seem to make sense to us. And sometimes we need to be curious about what could be, because in that we can find hope. I think that sums up exactly where I am in life right now. Curious enough about what to do that stirs my creativity. Curious enough to start a podcast. Curious enough to let my husband pursue a new venture. Sometimes the unknown can be scary because its risky, but maybe if we are curious, then we could find hope in the possibility of what could be.

Thank you so much for listening this week! I truly want to connect with you. I want to get to know you! Leave a comment, subscribe to the blog or come find me over on Instagram--it is really my most favorite place to hang out during the week.
